Spring is here, and to salute her arrival after a brutal-in-so-many-ways winter, here's a little instrumental accompaniment for a springtime stroll. It's kind of a funky soundtrack/library keyboard groove with a little Ernie Isley-meets-Thin Lizzy guitar damage thrown in—because, well, why the hell not?

I'd also like to give a special shout-out to the Carolina Chickadees in my back yard, whose chirps I recorded (admittedly without their consent) and added to the mix for extra vernal flavor!

Happy Spring to you all. Here's to the season of beauty and rebirth...
